RESPONSABILITATI

Reach agreed and committed sales target for new trucks and soft offers, volume and price;
Strengthen customer relationship, short term and long term;
Act in accordance with the company values, taking into account the full picture of the customers’ total needs.
Find new customers and retain relationships with old customers;
Offer right transport solutions to right customers;
Translate product features to relevant customer benefits and transfer to profitability for the company;
Responsible for full truck sales process; including update CM after each customer contact, delivery to customer with minimum lead time, handover to the customer, final payment from customer, follow up on the deal by contacting the customer 3 weeks after delivery;
Secure aftermarket involvement during sales process of new trucks;
Proper maintenance of working capacity of machines, tools and other special assets serving the purpose of the activity;
Deliver reports on demand.

Customer Management; Determine the customers´ principal needs and requirements, to identify key customers and have knowledge of their business. Know how to prioritise customers´ demands. Act and make business taking in to account the full picture of the customers’ total needs, including aftermarket.
Communication; Formulate the right questions in order to obtain relevant information from the customer. Listening skills and the ability to ask business/product/aftermarket relevant questions.
Negotiation; Act with confidence and integrity. Can provide information in a way that leads to a “win-win” sale situation.
Product Knowledge; Detailed knowledge of the different vehicles types, operating conditions and soft offers.
Planning and Organisation; Set and actively work towards achieving agreed goals. Be proactive in planning with realistic time frames.
Extensive knowledge about market and competitors.
Good knowledge in different IS/IT systems; Microsoft office, VSS, CM, IM, SAM.
Bachelor’s Degree, preferred on a technical speciality.
