RESPONSABILITATI

·Achieve Profit and Sales targets;
·Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships;
·Ensures that market requirements are met in terms of customer relations;
·Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new projects; examining risks and potentials, estimating partners' needs and goals;
·Continuously seeks ways to increase sales and profit margins, to reduce costs and expenses and improve the overall performance of the Company;
·Liase with all other key departments, in order to ensure maximum support is provided to assist in the achievement of commercial targets;
·Acquier business and customer intelligence to enhance customer relationship management;
·Elaborate account management strategies and implement them to improve market penetration;
·Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities to Lugera are captured and explored;
·Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner;
·Manage a tailored sales process to achieve targets / KPI’s;
·Coordinate the pitch process by effectively providing the Sales Support teams with a summary of clients and marketing needs in order to obtain relevant assessment strategy recommendations.

·Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process;
·Confident negotiator;
·Strong client management skills;
·Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions;
·A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities;
·Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail;
·Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks;
·Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation;
·Excellent organisational and time management skills;
·A positive attitude to dealing with people;
·Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual;
·Driving license;
·A sound understanding of the business sector within the region;
·Upper intermediate level of competency in English skills.
