RESPONSABILITATI

- Takes over the Personnel Requisition Form, issues the candidate's profile and advertises the position;
- Interviews the potential candidates and co-ordinates with the relevant department leaders the fit with the job;
- Co-ordinates the placing of internal and/or external ads to find candidates;
- Organises and supervises administrative tasks related to recruitment, ensuring that all relevant information for the new employees is recorded;
- Identifies the training needs in consultation with departmental management;
- Arranges in-house training and co-ordinates the organisation for external courses and seminars;
- Supervises the maintenance of accurate training records, monitors the costs and maintains budgetary control of all training activities.


CERINTE

- Proven experience in Recruitment and Training - at least 3 years, preferably in a manufacturing company;
- BA in Social Sciences, Philology or Law;
- Is a reliable person, looking for an outstanding career;
- Is a very organized person, resistant to work under pressure;
- Is a leader and has strong convincing and interaction skills;
- Is fluent in English and/or German;
- Is holder of the driving license - B category.
