- Completes all recruiting activities in compliance with established policies, procedures and legal regulations;
- Administrates, implements and follows the recruiting strategy in accordance with recruiting projects;
- Identifies and applies optimum methods for recruiting best candidates;
- Creates and maintains open communication with Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs, establishes recruiting strategies, requirements and responsibilities;
- Provides high level staffing advice, problem solving and consultation to clients and employees;
- Conducts Exit Interviews, evaluates and recommends retention measures;
- Monitors and reports staffing KPI`s;
- Maintains accurate records of recruitment and selection activity;
- Actively participates to continuous improving of recruiting and selection process.
- University Degree;
- Recruitment and Selection Training;
- Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment;
- Experience in a multinational Company;
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Excellent command of English language;
- Good analytical skills, organized, team-player, communicative;
- Able to make decisions, prioritize, negotiate deadlines.
