We are seeking highly motivated, energetic individuals with a "can do" attitude who are looking for new challenges to broaden their horizons in our Pre-Sales Mobile Design department.
As a member of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for the following:
- Creation of RF cell plans using sophisticated RF planning tools and geographical analysis,
- Technologies covered: GSM, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, TDD, CDMA2000
- Producing Customer Network Reports
- Close cooperation with Alcatel tendering teams around the world
- Optimizing the radio network solutions from investment and operational perspective
- As a member of the Radio Network Planning group, you will work with our customers, our wireless engineering team, and other internal and external groups to deliver the best-in-class wireless network solutions.
THE JOB IS AVAILABLE IN TIMISOARA.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Technical University degree (preferable Telecommunication)
- 2 years of relevant experience, which will include Cellular Network Planning, RF Engineering, RF equipment and RF network design principles, RF repeaters, and link budgets.
- Strong team player, Good leadership and organizational skills,
- Ready to work in a pre-sales environment with very high demand on reactivity, customer orientation and dedication
- Willingness to learn new technologies, accept challenges that push the envelope¿ and to have fun doing it!
- Available for international travel
- English written and spoken - mandatory
