• Integration/Configuration management of network elements
• Management of operations planning
• Management of assets ("Backlog") production
• The rapid escalation and notification of incidents during operations
• To ensure that telecom services are delivered within contractual SLAs
• To provide a rapid return to customers in relation to common questions
• Preventive/corrective maintenance (regular tasks / incidents)
• Work 24/7 on call when required
• Creating, updating and following all the work orders
• Diploma related to telecommunications, electronics, computer science or equivalent relevant experience.
• Knowledge of GSM/WCDMA standards
• Desirable knowledge in one of 2G equipments (BTS,BSC) provided by NORTEL and/or 3G equipments (WBTS/NodeB, RNC) provided by: Alcatel-Lucent, HUAWEI, NSN, E///.
• Spirit rigorous in the transactions, particularly in following technical instructions and reporting
• Willingness to work in business hours & non business hours exceptionally.
• Reading/Writing & oral communication in French language medium & English advanced
• Control of quality of communication during a crisis situation (stay focused on the objective information & communicate in real time)
• Ability to work in teams, learn and support of people, know their own limits on technical skills
• Critical thinking in order to suggest improvements for better conduct of the operation (time / quality ...)
• Understanding the general principles of telecommunications.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a new operation
• Motivating salary and benefits, to be discussed
