• Proactive maintenance (regular tasks)
• The rapid escalation and notification of incidents during operations.
• Accurate & timely updating and completion of all work orders
• Ensure work orders are implemented as planned, within agreed SLAs
• Provide regular reports in all relevant tools & data bases
• Provide prompt and regular feedback to customers in relation to on-going issues
• Creating, updating and following all the tickets in their responsibility
• Degree related to telecommunications, electronics, informatics or equivalent relevant experience
• Relevant experience in Maintenance, Operations and/or Technical Support activities
• Desirable good knowledge in one or several of the following suppliers’ equipments: ZTE, Ericsson, NSN
• Analytical mind with good problem solving skills and able to work independently and under time pressure
• Willingness to work long hours when necessary and provide on-call support as required
• Strong communications and documentation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; low/medium German language skills are also strongly desirable.
