PFMEA changing proposal;
Performing the Initial Sample checking, implementating the checking plans and instructions in the serial production;
Performing product audits and the removal of the weak points discovered;
Performing the inside cleanliness for the finished and semi finished parts, according to the planning or whenever it is necessary;
Assisting the internal series tests until SOP;
Supervising toll´s release from Quality`s side;
Maintaining the failure reports database and closing the open points;
Training the Quality patrols and supervising them in order to respect customer's Quality and Environment requests in the production area;
Participating to the scrap meeting, analysis of the scrapped parts, documenting the measures and supervising them.
Academic degree;
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position;
Knowledge of English language (advanced level);
Knowledge of German or French (advantage);
