The Quality Engineer is part of the development team for the new launches;
Manages and maintains the relation with customer, being responsible to fulfill customer requirements;
Participate to the customer audits;
Maintains and informs the customer about the audit status;
Analyses and solves the customers complains, establishes, follows and evaluates the corrective measures implemented;
Monitors and improves the efficiency and the efficacy of the counter measures;
Active participations – leading of the Problem Solving Process;
Support for processing of the PPAP’s;
Reporting to the Management regularly.
Technical University degree;
Minimum 2 years in quality field – automotive industry experience;
MS Office(Visio is a plus);
Advanced knowledge of English is mandatory;
German or Italian Language is preferable;
Solid knowledge of 8D report/ Problem solving methods;
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, CP, PFMEA;
Communicative, organized, responsible, logical, analitical;
Availibility to travel – customer visits – planned as well as unplanned;
Good team player with proactive "can do" attitude.
