RESPONSABILITATI

Role: Manages customer quality activities
- Understands customer quality requirements and monitors their implementation
- Sends weekly quality reports to the customer
- Manages customer complaint resolution process
- Monitors the results for the customer regarding the quality of products
- Coordinates communication with the customer on quality subjects (regular conference calls/OBR/escalations)
- Coordinates improvement projects
- Manages customer audits
- Performs functional coordination of the Value Stream Quality Group


CERINTE

- Bachelors in Technical field
- Minimum 3 years experience in a quality/engineering function
- Ability to understand and respond to quality requirements
- Good skills to conduct quality reports
- Knowledge of quality standards
- English language: good command (written and spoken)
- Good skills in problem solving and improvement methods
- MS Office knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Proven analytical skills, dynamic, well organized, self-motivated and open to learn
- Previous experience with FMEA will be a plus
- Ability to communicate technically with customers
- Team working ability
