- Manages and maintains the relation with the assigned client, being responsible with the accomplishment of their needs;
- Analyses and solves the client's complains, establishes, follows and evaluates the corrective measures implemented;
- Monitors and improves the efficiency and the efficacity of the processes;
- Contributes to the continuous improvement plans.
- Technical University Degree;
- Minimum 3 years experience in quality field, preferably in Automotive Industry;
- Advanced knowledge in English (other foreign language - French or German - is a plus);
- Advanced PC knowledge (Visio is a plus);
- Solid knowledge of Control plans, PFMEA, 8D Report, SPC, MSA,etc.
- Communicative, organized person, responsible, logical and analytical.
