- Responsible to prepare and sustain the internal audits, to follow up the implementation of corrective/preventive actions
- Support for Quality Manager at the preparation of all external audits (customer audits & annual ISO TS 16949, ISO14001 audits)
- Responsible for coordination of sample production, including preparation of initial sample reports and all additional documents requested by customers
- Responsible to receive the customer complaints, forward the information to all concerned persons, collect the results and consolidate them in a 8D report which shall be reported to local/central management and customer; responsible to follow up the implementation of corrective/preventive actions
- University degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience on a similar position
- Certification as Internal Auditor is mandatory. Internal Auditor for ISO TS 16949 represents an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in FMEA, QM Plan, 5 why’s, 8 D – Report
- Advanced knowledge of English and German required.
