For our office in Timisoara we are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for French-English languages.
As a QA Specialist you will take over the responsibility of the translations proofing / coding projects assigned to you. This includes managing and performing quality verification using the internal company tools for translation.
What you will do:
• Take over the Survey proofing (General survey logic, Mistranslation, Missing Translation, Grammatical errors, Punctuation, Alignment, Spelling, Quality improvement) for translation quality assurance and in some cases, coding of survey projects in your language(s);
• Work closely with the programming department in order to make sure the links provided are tested and checked before being launched;
• Testing the survey’s links to make sure the information is logic, correct and the interface works properly;
• Be in contact with external resources, assign translation checks / coding tasks on time and in budget;
• Effectively communicate with Project Managers to ensure customer’s needs regarding proof-reading / coding are met and understood.
Your profile:
• University graduate, preferably with focus on translation;
• MANDATORY excellent verbal and written communication skills in ENGLISH and FRENCH;
• Experience in translation or in an international corporate environment is a plus;
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
