1. Coordinating the activity within the QA department.
2. Managing the incoming and the outgoing inspections.
3. Planning and controlling of the quality department budget.
4. Analyze the potential of the employees and their development.
5. Communication to the other departments and all interface companies.
6. Supervising the permanent improvement of the process chain, especially of quality.
7. Support the company target.
8. Support to reach the quality targets (i.e. complains, scrap rate etc.).
1. 5-8 years work experience.
2. 3 years management experience.
3. Experience in Quality Assurance is also required.
4. Very good technical knowledge.
5. Very good knowledge of English language; German is a plus.
