Creating files and keeping them up-to-date as well as putting data together and preparing this for overviews and statistical purposes according to specifications
Preparing simple graphs, evaluations, overviews and similar according to specifications or existing documents
Updating data in respective IT systems according to specification and using existing methods and systems
Accepting memos, obtaining and giving information verbally and on the phone, clarifying the facts of cases as far as possible, taking notes if necessary and presenting these to the superior or employee responsible
