RESPONSABILITATI

Job objectives:

- Leading the process of creation and agreement of the supplier pyramid and localization strategy for the Romanian Hella sites.

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Service procurement: procurement of all relevant local services which are not procured by Central Purchasing in Lippstadt.
- Head of Series Purchasing: purchasing of all production materials required for manufacturing local and imported products under (Quality , Cost, Timing) considerations.
- Teaming with MGM: initiation and coordination with MGM to achieve saving potentials and purchasing strategies for the local market, actively introduce new local suppliers for the supplier panel.
- Implementation of purchasing actions: responsible for the implementation of actions and activities agreed with MGM; coordination and implementation of purchasing and marketing activities with regard to the special features of the regional procurement market.
- Cooperation with Group Charging: effective organization of the CSR (customer-Supplier relation) in the inter-company business.
- Head of Project Purchasing: integration of Project Purchasing in the TtM (Time to Market) process.
- Supplier management: implementation of the supplier management strategy; claim management, escalation methods and supplier development actions must be introduced in agreement with central Quality Management.
- Employees management: management according to targets (and delegation), qualifying and motivating potentials and competences in order to achieve the set targets.
