Project Tools Coordinator responsibilities
- Project tools administration (accounts / rights management): ARTS and DIAMS
- Training / support for the (new) users of ARTS
- Building / distribution of (periodic/automatic) reports and metrics based on ARTS:
- Creation / update of Access Reports, Excel data sheets / charts, web pages
- Distribution by email or publication on a web server
- Attend to project meetings and operate (periodic) updates on ARTS related databases according to decisions taken during the meeting
- Correspondent on project tools related issues (interface between Timisoara and other sites / forwarding problems that could not be locally solved): ARTS, DIAMS
- Check the logs for automatic updates ARTS-BUGZILLA and make corrections when necessary
The job holder will also have responsibilitie related to documentation as follows:
Documentation Coordinator responsibilities
- Creation / update of project documentation related documents (for planning / tracking); document registration
- Overall quality check of project documents
- Project documentation signature cycle
- Project documentation storage: archiving in DIAMS
- Correspondent / consultant on documentation issues (interface between Timisoara and other sites / forwarding problems that could not be locally solved)
- manage the books inside the department.
THE JOB IS AVAILABLE IN TIMISOARA.
- technical degree
- advance in English speak & write
- should master Excel (macros, formulas,…)
- good knowledge of Word, Acrobat Reader, Power Point, Access
- basic knowledge of Unix / shell scripting, SQL, VisualBasic (work with macro's), HTML.
- knowledge in Business Object is a plus.
