Being a member of the global operating supply team, your role will be to help having the world's best profiled pool of survey respondents.
Furthermore you will help to maintain and further develop Toluna's internal Information System that helps your co-workers around the globe to assess project feasibility..
Your main tasks will be:
- provide support to the Senior Panel Profiling Project Manager and internal users ( Sales and Project Managers)
- manage online profiling questionnaires
- prioritizing requirements from users
- monitor global respondent profiling
- manafe profiling items ( questions, answer, translations), including specifics of local markets
- manage independently profiling related projects e.g. profiling campaigns;
- liaise with global R&D staff, DB Administrators and Operators
- helop to develop strategies for better panel profiling
- university degree, preferably Sociology / Business or Translations with interest in Project Coordination
- Very good MS Excel knowledge ( Pivot tables, formulas, graphs)
- fluent in English, both oral and written. All communication will be in english
- Experience in customer services is a plus
- Ability to work without supervision
