For the enhancement of our Market Research Operations Team, we are seeking an experienced person to be actively involved in monitoring several fast-paced research projects at a time. Your responsibilities:
- Effectively communicating with customers, sales teams, and all operation teams to ensure customer¿s needs are understood and met
- Making estimates regarding deadlines and resources, based on information from al involved teams
- Making sure procedures are observed, keeping track of project status and updating the internal tools accordingly
What we expect from you:
- Business or technical degree
- Preferably 1 year experience in client service or project management
- Good organization and communication skills
- Strong focus and problem-solving abilities
- Team spirit and a strong desire to expand your knowledge
- Very good command of the English language
