Developing and improving the equipment request regarding output and costs, in collaboration with IE Germany & external utility producers;
Reducing machine downtimes and ensuring availability and the proper functionality of the equipment;
Elaborating the Lay-Out for the new production equipment;
Establishing costs and analyzing investment orders;
Evaluating and analyzing improvement suggestions;
Identify and define performance standards and set up goals and deadlines;
Planing and forecasting of IE- and project-costs in cooperation with the plant management and controlling;
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with planned budget and cost targets;
Introduce new products including developing and introduction of measures, technologies and processes;
Defining measures to improve the work-saftey and the environmental protection.
More than 3 years experience in this domain;
Experience in coordinating and implementing industrial projects;
Academic degree;
Knowledge of English (advanced) and German (medium) languages;
PC knowledge (MsOffice);
Problem solving, self determination, clear and open communication.
