• Coordinate international projects with German speaking clients;
• Take full responsibility of all project phases from definition and set up to completion on time and budget;
• Effectively communicate by phone or email with customers, sales teams and all operation teams to ensure customer’s needs are understood and met.
• Plan and manage the projects.
The challenge is to deliver a high quality product and service in a tight timeframe in order to meet the client's expectations.
• Mandatory advanced level of German and English language;
• University degree, preferably Sociology/Business or Translations with interest in Project Coordination;
• Skills in time management, priorities management and problem-solving;
• Previous experience with foreign clients is a plus;
• Basics of Marketing/Market Research is a plus;
• Residence in, or availability to relocate to Timisoara.
