RESPONSABILITATI

- Reviews program proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
- Responsible for primary contact with the customer, than for negotiations with customer on all contracts, pricing and other business items.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction.
- Directs and coordinates activities of Customer Focus Team and required support areas to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.


CERINTE

- Bachelor¿s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in program administration/management or related area.
- Advanced operation, technical and process skills
- Logical and process-driven approach and problem solving skills
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Customer care orientation (listen to, interpret, and exceed customers' expectations - internal and external)
- MS Office knowledge
- Good organization and planning skills
- Strong listening, communication and influencing skills ¿ verbal and written
