Confirming customer orders;
Production Line Planning;
Following-up production orders;
Analyzing existing back orders;
Defining corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction;
Leading process of improving customer satisfaction by taking preventive actions;
Forecasting for raw and auxiliary materials (internal / external).
University degree;
Knowledge of English and German language;
Knowledge of SAP;
Experience in a similar position - 1 year.
