Responsibilities:
• Leadership of production department (injection molding, assembly, production control)
• Insurance of production according to customer requirements and automotive standards
• Identification and roll-out of optimization projects in terms of processes, capacity and quality
• Participation and support of project launches and project transfers
• Planning and coordination of resources (machines, employees, space, energy etc.)
For one of our clients, a multinational company, active in automotive field, we are looking for a Production Manager.
The ideal candidate has:
• Knowledge of requirements within the automotive field
• Technical university degree
• Minimum 3 - 5 years practical experience in injection molding or assembly
• Good command of German or English language
• Leadership and Management skills
• Professional appearance
• Knowledge of software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with internal and external partners
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
