The company ContiTech Romania has opened three factories in Timisoara location. We are looking for a Plant Operations Manager responsible for Power Transmission Group. This plant produces transmission belts.
The main tasks:
- Planning and keeping of agreed production quantities and delivery dates
- Ensuring continuous use and continuous improvement of the production facilities;
- Ensuring product quality according to customer requirements
- Personnel planning, personnel development, employee evaluation;
- Formulation and implementation of actions for cost reduction and quality improvement, according to the strategic targets of ContiTech Romania S.R.L
- Relevant background in technical field
- Previous experience in management is compulsory(at least 5 years)
- Academic degree in technical sciences
- Solid knowledge of English is mandatory
- PC literacy - MS Office, SAP knowledge are a plus
- An experienced leader who has strong influencing skills
