RESPONSABILITATI

Our client is a part of an internationally leading provider of auto electric systems, interior endowment systems and functionally integrated systems for automobile industry. The Group has almost 37.000 employees and over 35 plants in all over the world and offers complex services based on high quality process.
As a result of growth and expansion of their Business Unit in Romania, they are offering now the opportunity to enjoy in their team as a PRODUCTION MANAGER.

PRODUCTION MANAGER will be a part of business unit management team and will be subordinate to the Business Unit Manager.

Responsibilities:
¿ Coordinating and supervising the production activity and subordinate team¿s activity;
¿ Analysing and planning the production capacity, in order to achieve the production targets: deadline, volume and quality;
¿ Developing and implementing new process or equipment;
¿ Controlling of production equipment;
¿ Support of production in terms of process problems (e.g. equipment, program, components);
¿ Support of production for continuous improvement of process;
¿ Developing activities reports for the management board;
¿ Accomplish personal, plant productivity and quality goals.


CERINTE

¿ University degree in mechanics field (TCM);
¿ Minimum 5 years experience in production technologies or process;
¿ Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position;
¿ Proven leadership skills;
¿ Very good interpersonal and communication skills;
¿ Analitical thinking, results oriented, organised, team-worker, flexible;
¿ PC operating skills (Word, Excel, SAP will be an advantage);
¿ English or German.
