- responding to customer requirements as a key interface with production and production scheduling;
- analyze capacity and headcount support;
- coordinates production plan to ensure materials are provided according to schedules and monitor WIP accuracy;
- prepare a one week production schedule taking in consideration all information that can impact the line output in order to support customer requirements;
- report to customer on production actual vs plan;
- propose delivery commitments and report to customer the shipping/delivery plan;
- demand validation activities / assist the CFT in determining, documenting and communicating the inputs for account revue & P & L process;
- participate to the implementation of the new products;
- attend the daily CFT meetings to get the latest update on production.
- Good English knowledge ( spoken/written);
- Team player, dynamic, well organized;
- University Degree or relevant experience in the field;
- Capable in dealing with stressful situation;
- MS Office operating skills - Excel, Word, Access;
- Previous experience in planning will be a plus;
- Knowledge of Baan will be a plus.
