Main responsibilities are related to :
Production process architecture :
- design and implementation
- evaluation and development
- respecting deadlines and budget
Client relationship management :
- understanding and achieving customer's quality expectations
- understanding product specifications
- estimating production timeframes, workforce and costs in order to meet client's needs
Production team support :
- coordinate line layout with other team members
- communication with management, engineering and other teams in order to permanently improve production process.
- University degree in technical field ( electrotechnics, mechanics or automation )
- +1year in production environment
- Good knowledge of Automotive Quality Standard is an advantage
- Good knowledge of process and quality management tools( P-FMEA, APQP, PPAP, Control Plan,5 WHY, 8D, 7 STEP, etc. )
- General knowledge of mechanics and electronics
- Budget management skills
- Good PC skills - MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point, Access
- Target and client oriented, team player
- Good communication skills in Romanian and English
