RESPONSABILITATI

Context of the position:
Within the Global Procurement & Sourcing organisation, the Procurement Process & Systems (PP&S) function aims to drive the global standardization of procurement processes and systems for the global user groups. To this end, one of the responsibilities of the PP&S team is to define, document and deploy (in coordination with IT) those systems and processes globally and to provide user support during and after the implementation phase.


Mission: Effectively support the change and business transformation process with comprehensive and consistent documents. Manage publication, updates, information to and communication with business functions, keeping an eye on interference with partner processes and documents. Ensure compliancy with Quality standards, where required, track, analyze and report the application and usage in close collaboration with business stake holders and Process managers.

Key activities:
• Create and maintain system related policies, guidelines and process documentation
• Publish documents on Intranet platform, inform user groups
• Create training Material in power point with scripts on demand
• Support Process Managers in their tasks of process implementation and improvement
• Indicate conflicts or interferences with other systems or process documents, guidelines, policies
• Build an information network and good relationship with user community in Procurement and partner functions
• Organize information meetings or User Forums and reviews on behalf of central BTM or process manager, initiate improvement actions e.g. training
• Initiate trainings, supplier questionnaires and supplier trainings
• Supervise appropriate and correct usage of systems and processes through statistics and KPI’s


CERINTE

Prerequisites for the position:
- Business Administration or degree in Information systems
- 3-4 years experience in Process Management, Quality, Training or communication department, preferred related to Supply Chain & Procurement
- Documentation and Communication skills

Profile:
- Ability to translate ‘technical IT language’ in ‘user oriented’ language
- Experience in creation of user documentation or Quality documents
- Ability to structure and write down complex and not structured information in a comprehensive way
- Good understanding of the business processes related to systems usage
- Knowledge about Project management and related project planning
- Ability to communicate with users in their “language” and with IT in technical language
- Strong work ethic and willingness to deliver high level of customer service
- Fluent usage of Microsoft Office products
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written

- Ability to work autonomously in an international context
- Flexibility in terms of working time bandwidth

Languages: fluent English oral and written is mandatory. Any other European language – especially French - is a plus.
