The person will be responsible for:
Part number referentials maintenance:
- internal Alcatel-Lucent partnumbers for components
- their related authorized sources (manufacturers)
- the related manufacturer part numbers
The management consists of maintaining, on input of R&D, component engineers or suppliers:
-Partnumber data, including the technical description parameters of parts
-Parts lifecycle data (available, out-phased,…)
-Parts status data (authorized, restricted usage,…)
-Manufacturer name/ merge changes
-Bulk technical data maintenance.
- Technical university degree,
- Technical knowledge (what are e.g. electrical components, technologies) is a requirement.
- Good knowledge of common MS Office tools (particularly Excel)
- Good analysing skills
- Be customer and results oriented, determined
- Fluency in English is mandatory in dealing with day to day job's responsibilities
