As a Process&Maintenance Engineer you¿ll become an integral part of the process team. Your role is to minimize downtime in all processes; ensure they are running within specified targets and support introduction of new proceses by:
- Creating work instructions for manufacturing.
- Supporting the continuous improvement program for each product.
- Ensuring all Production Tooling is maintained in a ¿fit for production¿ condition
- Support the manufacturing process
- Solve the process and equipment issues
- Minimize the equipment¿s breakdown time in terms of process and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure all processes are running within specified quality targets
- Continually optimize all processes and generate corrective/improving actions.
REQUIREMENTS - higher weighting more important:
10 - University degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Automatics)
10 - Good English knowledge
10 - Good organizational skills
10 - Strong problem solving ability
10 - Computer literate
10 - Ability to manage stress factors
10 - Strong team-working ability
9 - Experience in Process engineering
9 - Open to new ideas and assimilate information rapidly
8 - Demonstrates experience in teaching and mentoring
