RESPONSABILITATI

Technical interface to the ME Customer Team for the Leather-Wrapping, -Sewing and -Cutting process.
Responsible for serial process and support production in case of deviations.
Involved in the Change Management Process (parameters, equipment changes..etc )
Responsible for definition of new processes, methods and CIP;
Line Balancing (cycle times) in sequence leather wrapping
Involved in PST (Problem solving teams) related to the Leather processes
Perform and validate production trials , fix and document the parameter settings and methods .
Create the list of requirements for new equipements/ tools.


CERINTE

Technical University degree
Minimum 3 years experience in automotive field with experience in leather processes
Advanced level in MTM or Refa, Lean line design and Ergonomics
Problem solving skills (Methods, Tools) and analytical approach
Good organizational and communication skills
English mandatory German/French/Spanish/Italian is a plus, PC knowledge advance level.
Good team player with proactive "can do" attitude
