Defining and optimaizing injection processes for new projects.
- Activly involved on design review for new projects.
- Performs pre vaidation new molding tools in supplier site..
- Defines optimal parameters for molding machine to obtain serial production parts level.
- Fill the report sheet for each trial.
- Proposes tool adjustment for reaching part dimension according with drawing.
- Validating of modification done by suppliers through parts dimension measurement.
- Prepares all documents needed for start of production.
- Is main contributor in elaborating and updating (P-FMEA)
- Responsable for record of all changes in injection area in term of injection parameters.
- Responsable to perform root cause analize in case of deviation in process
- Propose new technology introduction according with market trend.
- Is window person for internal and external injection process audits.
- University degree
- More than 2 years of experience on a similar position
- Automotive experience is an advantage
- Familiar with starting new tool in production is an advantage
- Good command of english / german is an advantage
- Very good technical drawing knowledge
- Good knowledge of machining steel
- Team player
