RESPONSABILITATI

The new process engineer will be responsible to assure documentations and technical support for new projects launches and serial production in the polyurethane foaming department.

Main duties:
- Prepare series trials, capabilities and process approval;
- Analyze technical drawings and requirements;
- Management of tooling (specification, ordering, approval and maintenance support, specification of equipments, supplier technical liaison, installation, approval and commissioning);
- Coordinate and participate at meetings in order to realize the PFMEA, Flowchart, Layout;
- Analyze the customers special and critical characteristics;
- Coordinate the implementation of engineering changes required by the customers;
- Provide specific technical know-how and support for production operation;
- Coordinates/participate to the continuous improvement processes in the foaming production;
- Investigate & recommend new methods and manufacturing processes, tooling, equipments to improve our competitiveness.


CERINTE

- Technical University Degree;
- Minimum 3 years experience working with Polyurethane foaming (Automotive field is preferred);
- Good communication abilities, able to respect established dead-lines;
- English – advanced level;
- Knowledge of German language is an advantage;
- Very good PC skills – MS Office, Internet, AutoCAD, etc.
