Technical interface to the ME Customer Team for the Die Casting process
Responsible for serial process and support production in case of deviations
Make the list of requirements for new equipements/ tools
Responsible for continuous improvement process , propose process improvements
Perform the production trials , fix and document the parameter settings
Perform the capabilities studies (gauge, process , machine) for set up the new equipment together with the suppliers
Participate in PST (Problem solving teams) related with the customer / internal issues
Involved in the Change Management Process (parameters, equipment changes..etc )
Technical University degree Minimum 3 years experience in Magnesium Die Casting as Process engineer / metalurgist
Tooling skills
Advanced level in validation of simulation software results. (Fillstudies) ; Analytical approach
Familiar with Buehler-Hot-chamber DC-machines
Good organizational and communication skills
Advanced Problem Solving skills (Methods, Tools)
Good skills in MTM or Refa, Lean Line Design and Ergonomics
English mandatory, German/French/Spanish/Italian is a plus, PC knowledge advance level.(Metalurgist)
