• Evaluates an area, develop plan and improve process/overall efficiencies, implementation and execution utilizing Lean Manufacturing methodologies;
• Drives issues to closure through project management processes and collaboration with other departments;
• Assists in creating process flow and business process requirements documentation establishes operating equipment specifications;
• Provides hands-on technical and process support to operations;
• Improves manufacturing techniques and process capabilities;
• Troubleshoot production problems and provides timely corrective and preventive actions;
• Maximizes efficiencies and yields at low cost while maintaining product quality;
• Provides support and leadership for projects;
• Responds to business and customer needs.
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, plus two or more years related experience; or equivalent education and experience;
• Very good English level;
• Problem solving attitude;
• Proactive, organized and responsible person;
• Formal training in Lean Methodologies;
• Knowledge of Spreadsheet, Word processing, and PowerPoint software.
