1. Be representative and owner of the EHS (Environment Health and Safety) when visiting site, working, training people as a first priority, being an example in EHS
2. Be representative of the quality, all the time in contact with quality people to understand DC needs to improve and become best in class (vs. competitors)
3. Support all DC's by being in charge of production assets maintenance including preventive, corrective and improvement
4. Being in charge of best practices implementation in alignment with central European Team directives
5. Being support when new production assets start up or move of existing ones
6. Being part of the process of assets revamping (BCP)
7. Being in charge of developing strategy to maintain those DCN production assets as best in class and with more and more capabilities, by proposing action, improvement, replacement
8. Being owner of all budget and capital spending
9. Energy consumption by site must be also one of their concern 10. Keep an eye on new technology available, propose new ideas
1. Engineers with backgrounds like electro-mechanic, control (automation) - drive system & PLC's (experience with Allen Bradley or, a minimum of 2 years with Siemens PLCs, is mandatory)
2. Experience in any similar domain of industry or position to support DC will be more than really appreciated
3. Languages: English is a must and others are of course advantages (French or German)
4. Be located in Romania as first location
5. Being re-locatable in any European countries depending of AD resource support needs
6. Being ready to support all European countries by flying, driving (having driving license)
7. Web handling, Six Sigma or ELS knowledge are a plus
8. Good relationships, very high level of Team spirit needed
9. Curiosity is a key criteria in such position and be a Technology "lover"
10. Good project Engineer (use of traditional software like Excel, WORD, Microsoft office suits Project Manager, Power Point)
11. Good process Engineers (having more than basics on statistics)
12. Being a good troubleshooter (multi-skilled)
