The new process engineer will be responsible to coordinate, plane and validate new process and new tools implementing, assure documentations and technical support for projects launches and serial production.
Main duties:
Standardize the work methods; Participate at Problem solving Team meetings in order to resolve quality and production issues
Assure technical support in order to realize PFMEA & Control Plan. Flowchart, Layout, customer complains, 8D rapports;
Realize work instruction acording with 11 colors requirements; Analyze technical drawing;
Participate at internal and customer audits;
Coordinates/participate to the improvement process (production capacity, productivity and quality) according with the customer requirements;
Analyze the customer’s specific characteristics and coordinate the implementation of engineering changes required by the customers
Management of tooling -specification, ordering, approval and maintenance support;
Define/recommend new methods and manufacturing processes, tooling, equipments based on evaluation of customer requirements.
Technical University Degree
Minimum 3 years experience in automotive field (leather wrapping process is an advantage);
Very good PC skills – MS Office, Internet, AutoCAD, etc.;
English – advanced level;
Good communication abilities, stress resistance, able to respect established dead-lines; Analytical think; Good team player with positive “can do” attitude.
