- To plan and to define the production process and the work system for SMD and THT groups, in collaboration with other departments;
- To be involved in the planning of layouts and in the installation / assembling of the utilities and the equipments in case of new acquisitions, changing and transferring from other production units;
- To collaborate with the product engineers for optimizing the process, including defining new requests and process specifications, to review the technical part and the methods of production;
- To develop and improve the programs used by production equipments.
- Technical university degree is mandatory;
- Very good mechanical skills;
- Relevant work experience in the automotive or electronic industry (at least 1-2 years);
- Work experience with the screen printing machines;
- Knowledge in stencil design, wave soldering, thermo-profiling, and conformal coating is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of English, German is a plus;
