As a Process Engineer you’ll become an integral part of the process team. Your role is to minimize downtime in all processes; ensure they are running within specified targets and support introduction of new proceses by:
- Creating work instructions for manufacturing
- Supporting the continuous improvement program for each product
- Ensuring all Production Tooling is maintained in a “fit for production” condition
- Support the manufacturing process
- Solve the process and equipment issues
- Minimize the equipment’s breakdown time in terms of process and corrective maintenance
- Ensure all processes are running within specified quality targets
- Continually optimize all processes and generate corrective/improving actions
-University degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Automatics)
-Good English knowledge
-Good organizational skills
-Strong problem solving ability
-Computer literate
-Ability to manage stress factors
-Strong team-working ability
-1+ years of experience in Process engineering
-Open to new ideas and assimilate information rapidly
-Demonstrates experience in teaching and mentoring
