RESPONSABILITATI

Release Management undertakes the planning, design, build, configuration and testing of hardware and software to create a set of release components for a live environment. Activities also cover the planning, preparation and scheduling of a release.


CERINTE

- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with different UNIX operating systems
- Ability to work autonomously and sustain individual performance under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer care skills
- Proficient in Business English
- Understanding of ITIL Service Delivery and Support disciplines and methodologies
- Team skills, results and quality orientation, customer focus, ability to learn, good organizing skills
- Basic trouble ticketing system knowledge
- Availability to travel abroad for training on the job.
