- Pre-Sales Product & Solution Manager is responsible for promotion of MRD Products (GSM/ UMTS) towards Alcatel Sales Channel and customers, contributing to MRD Pre Sales activity, including impact on Sales and Direct Margin.
- This promotion is performed through development of tools on Mobile Radio products and evolutions (documents, presentations, configurators, applications¿), training of Tendering on portfolio and its evolution and interactions with customers as an active player in sales process.
- In order to improve efficiency and quality of support, Pre-Sales Product & Solution Manager have also responsibility to maintain technical expertise and to capitalize on past offers and best practices, by sharing and building complete framework of technical information within Product and Solutions and making it available to Tendering and Sales teams.
- Engineering skills, in Telecommunications, preferably in Radio and Mobile systems.
- Tendering process knowledge
- Sales or Financial experience is a plus
- English ¿ advanced. French is a plus.
- Problem solving attitude
- Clear written and oral expression, customer oriented
- Flexibility and teamwork, especially in business environment
- Able to adapt to a new environment and sense of innovation
