- Reporting regarding the productivity, the cost-efficiency and the quality.
- Production planning in accordance to the deadlines and costs.
- Supervision of the subordinate team.
- Relevant background in technical field, previous experience in management is compulsory(at least 5 years).
- Academic degree in technical sciences.
- Solid knowledge of French and English are mandatory.
- PC literacy - MS Office, SAP knowledge are a plus.
- An experienced leader who has strong influencing skills.
