To complete our team, based in Timisoara and support our growth in Europe, we are looking for a Planning Manager.
The Planning Manager is responsible for coordinating the scheduling of all the projects and services from the moment the customer orders the product until the project is closed. This includes project definition, project planning, project management and crisis management.
Your main tasks will be to:
Work closely with the resources allocated to projects in order to have an updated workload on a daily base;
Update the projects activities using Excel and other internal tools;
Work closely with the other departments in order to elaborate accurate reporting;
Track the status of all ongoing projects and monitor all the activities in order to reduce the activity cycle time and increase the operational efficiency;
Monitor performance and suggest new processes and strategies for continuous improvement;
Report and analyse data of all the activities' status for the entire organization on a daily and weekly basis.
Your abilities need to be:
Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and databases;
Mandatory advanced level of English language (verbal and written skills);
Basic understanding of cost structure and operational planning;
Ability to interface with all functional areas of the company;
Team and customer oriented;
Detail oriented and able to meet deadlines.
