MAIN TASK:
Provides legal service to the departments of the organization. Follows precedents and works independently on a daily basis.
OTHER TASKS:
- Prepares initial drafts of legal documents. Examines documents for legal sufficiency;
- Negotiates and drafts documentation for various company transactions;
- Provides research, factual information, counsel, and guidance on legal questions or issues.
- Provides legal advice to the commercial sections of the company and in administrative matters relating to personnel, property leases, etc.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience as legal advisor;
- Very good knowledge of business/commercial law, civil law and labour law;
- University degree with law subjects;
- Good knowledge of English, German an advantage;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Planning abilities, detail-orientation and problem-solving skills.
