- Computer Skills: Windows, Microsoft Office
- Limba straine: Engleza (Scris, Vorbit) – Foarte bine; Franceza - constitue un avantaj
- Experienta anterioara in GSM (BSS) si WTD (PDH, SDH) constitue un avantaj
- Carnet de conducere categoria B
- Disponibilitate pentru deplasari in tara si in strainatate
