RESPONSABILITATI

Requires a complete and thorough understanding of the order processing system and department procedures.
Provide prompt and courteous service to AA-AS customers by using communication skill s to listen, interpret and respond to customer needs, to ensure AA-AS’s customer satisfaction objectives are achieved.
Ensure customer issues via telephone/fax/email are dealt with promptly and within a minim um timeframe, to ensure full customer satisfaction.
Enter orders into SAP Computer System within minimum timeframe.
Process customer returns via SAP.
Ensure O.E accounts are kept up to date, maintain folders etc. – Level 2
Maintain product information and organise for quick reference.
Account Manager regarding the customer needs
Provide customers with price and availability.
Provide customer with written quotations on request and follow up
Communicate with other department’s i.e. Finance and Purchasing to resolve
Customer conflicts.

CERINTE

German C1-C2.
English B1-B2.
2 Years Customer Service Experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills and ethics.
Excellent phone handling and problem solving skills.
PC proficiency. Word, Excel & SAP proficient- preffered.
Basic knowledge of Export Procedures - preffered.
Ability to juggle multiple enquiries/queries
Ability to function in team environment.
