RESPONSABILITATI

Responsible for overseeing staff and day to day operations for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables;
Assist in the development and implementation of the accounting and finance system functionality to meet the needs of the organization/client organization;
Support Audit related activities and documentation;
Conduct team meetings to provide updates and allocation of work;
Daily Reconciliation track and periodic reporting Ensure on-time and accurate delivery;
Generation of MIS and performing trend analysis for effecting higher productivity.
Contribute to the development of short and long term strategic business goals
Create appropriate servicing and retention strategies for customers
Ensure systems development integration with strategy
Provide functional support and direction to the associates and team leaders on customer support needs
Monitor the performance of the associates and team leaders and coach them
Assist with training and identify training needs within the group
Liaison with other areas of the company affecting technical support
Drive cost control in the business, through raising awareness of costs and budgets, thus optimising the network asset.


CERINTE

- Diploma in Software / Hardware, Engineering
- 6-7 years of working experience
- Worked as individual contributor in sales/ procurement/Call centre - desirable
- Prior experience of leading a big team.
- Experience in Order and contract Management processes
- Experience in third party/captive BPO
- Good communication skills and proficient in English
- Exposure to other European languages like German, Italian, French, Spanish

Minimum 10 years previous working experience in accounting;
In depth understanding of AP, AR,GL and commercial queries;
Previous solid experience in managing a large team (over 50);
Proven results with client exposure;
Excellent people skills (able to lead and motivate);
Able to effectively delegate and distribute tasks;
Previous ERP exposure (implementation, transition – SAP preferable);
IT savvy (working with spread sheets and large amount of data);
Open to travel for extendable periods of time;
Ability to work and communicate with people across organizational units;
Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans;
Strong analytical skills with and ability to problem solve with a win-win negotiation approach;
