Brains Consulting recruits for its client- a Telecommunications/Electronic vendor with a Warehouse facility based in Timisoara, Operations Manager.
THE MAIN PURPOSE:
- To provide operations management and customer service to clients in Romania, supporting the Distribution business in Romania and Hungary.
- To manage the day-to-day upkeep of the Romanian office/warehouse facility, including customer interfacing and management of a Logistics/Warehouse.
- To provide administrative and sales support to the Regional Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing and maintaining all customer sales orders.
- Liaising with customers regarding invoice queries and quotations and other related issues via email/telephone
- Leasing with purchase department s updating needs and forecast of customer
- Informing team of South Eastern Europe of any related potential urgent needs from in Romania and/or Hungary
- Maintaining good relations with clients
- Coordination of all shipments facilities in Romania and to final destination
- Provide secretarial support and administrative support for the Rumanian office
- Proved diary management including organising all shipments and in full coordination with customer logistic, planning, purchase, administrative and financial departments
- Responsible for all Front of House Services for the office
APPLYING CONDITIONS AND OFFER:
- Minimum 3 years experience on a similar position, in Telecommunications or in similar areas of expertise (Technology/IT/Electronics)
- Languages required: Fluency in English (Hungarian is a plus)
