• Accountable for new employee induction to the Company and BU
• Responsible for operationalization of process training framework
• Implement metrics and dashboards for process training
• Ensure overall quality of training delivery
• Ensure standardization & quality of content
• Develop process trainers/SMEs
• Review process training periodically with site delivery leaders and drive corrective action
• Define and deploy training KT strategy including pre-process, on-site and off-shore training
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer and capture during transitions
• Responsible for determining performance gaps, identifying training needs (both technical and behavioral), working with SMEs, internal partners and vendors to implement training solutions
• Responsible for training effectiveness analysis
• Graduate/Post Graduate
• Fluency in English is a must
• 6-7 years experience with at least 4 years in Training roles in the BPO domain experience in global organization preferred
• Experience in training , training Management and Knowledge Transfer in F&A/OM operations
• Communication and Presentation skills
